I think I figured it out - just because I have entries not included in EMAILSs, they are still included in the GUI - and I found some entries with a lot of hits - which is what is filling up the buffer. The emails are short and the entries that are filling the buffer are not included.

Well, the email server is the same one that gets the logs from (7) GEN7 firewalls, and those work fine. I understand about the logs being split into multiple emails - but they are Part 1 (of 1) and, for example, only have 5 entries in the logs. The firewalls should not be sending those.

We have seen an issue with HBO Max (only) - and only on Roku devices. Works fine accessing through phone/tables - but accessing HBO MAX utilizing Roku devices will not allow login - bypassing the SonicWALL and everything works as it should. Just adding a data point...

Yes, it is running the latest firmware - in fact they sent me a more recent beta one, but I have not had a chance to update it yet. I have not looked at that KB - but I would assume that senior level support tried everything in their yesterday (may be wrong assumption). I have since had the ISP change it from a static IP…
